Jedenfalls schreibt MS auf seinen Seiten selbst…

Unsererseits wurde bei Microsoft einmal wieder interveniert.

Für eine zuverlässige Zustellung von Mails und Newslettern von uns, würde ich zur Nutzung eines anderen Mailproviders raten. Jedenfalls gab es bei anderen Mail-Providern (Google-Mail, iCloud, Web.de, GMX, …) noch nie Probleme.
